Rooms are cleaned and they had break fast option. We enjoyed the stay for our Boston trip.

Yes no complaints, It is a small hotel but pleasantly surprised with friendly nature.Felt homely feel.My Room was cleaned, beds are good with breakfast option.

Great Value for the price.Fully staffed hotel operating the way it’s supposed to. If I could give 10 stars I would! Very friendly accommodating staff. Fantastic location! Great drinks and food at the sports bar in the hotel area.

Very friendly owners, nice little hotel and excellent location on Rte 9. There is also a bar/restaurant right next to the hotel. Beds are okay, room is kinda small. But between the good price, location, and friendliness of staff I stay here sometimes.

It's a small little hotel and a little bit older, but the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything worked. The person at the front desk, Leo, was so gracious and welcoming! No complaints here!

I had to book a stay last minute and the Framingham inn was very accommodating. They were able to get me in a room quickly. Their rate was the best around and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and checkin/checkout was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Framingham.

Nothing to ask for what I paid, there is a bar right next to the place, water is hot, so you can have a nice shower, internet not do stable, but cable is good, other than that, don't expect too much out of it...

Admittedly I was a bit nervous when making this reservation, especially after reading reviews. I am happy to say my experience was much better than reviews. We arrived after driving through the night a bit earlier than planned and before check-in time. I called to see if an early check in was available, and was told that he wasn’t sure, but would check to see if the room had been cleaned and would call me back. I got a very prompt call back! They were able to accommodate an early check in, and even offered some recommendations on good local restaurants at check in! While the hallways and common areas are in need of a facelift, the efforts being made by the local owners to improve the space are clear. The room was modest, but SO CLEAN. The bed was simple and comfortable and the building overall was very quiet. I was incredibly pleased to have a Room that was clean, safe, and comfortable. They offered a small breakfast selection of muffins and such, and were incredibly kind and welcoming. This is a book I’m glad I didn’t judge by its cover, the room fit our needs perfectly for our short stay.
